Oakvale's Treasury Operations team provide services both directly to clients and clients of Oakvale's other services including our Online Treasury, Asset Consulting, Financial Risk Management and Fund Management clients. Clients use Oakvale's Treasury Operations to:
Oakvale's Treasury Operations team ensures all deal confirmations and settlement advices are distributed to clients and counterparties. They manage the update of daily rate sets, option exercises and static data, plus they assist clients with settlement investigations and other treasury operational challenges. They are often the first point of contact for helpdesk queries from our Acorn clients. The assistance given ranges from helping them understand how to capture a trade and run reports to inputting the data on their behalf whenever extra resources or staff shortages stretch the daily workload. For other Oakvale clients, the Treasury Operations team assists with settlement investigations with the banks, audit requests and guidance through payment processing. The breadth of interaction with financial market participants results in queries instigated by Oakvale on behalf of our clients receiving quick and positive resolutions. Oakvale's Treasury Operation team also provide "Back Office" outsourcing services which can be tailored to meet your needs (without necessarily using Oakvale's other services). This can range from providing support with deal capture, confirmation matching, settlements and reporting and temporary assistance when client treasury resources are stretched. for more information on Treasury Operations Support.
